We can offer the following support services for customers:

Secure Data and Source Repositories

We can host on our servers client-specific data repositories, accessible via HTTP and WebDAV over SSL/TLS, for secure exchange of project data between collaborators. Similarly we can host CVS, Subversion or Darcs source-code repositories, as well as Trac ticket-tracking and Wiki repositories. All repositories undergo a daily backup regime, with redundant storage of backups onto DAT tapes, hard-disks and CD-Rs, with off-site storage of (encrypted) archival CD-Rs in a secure bank vault.

Secure Software Update Facility

We can offer a secure software update facility, that allows client initiated software updates at the touch of a button, or at regular intervals. The system is a purely client initiated and controlled, and works correctly across corporate firewalls and proxies.

Certification Authority

All secure communication is based on X.509v3 certificates that are issued by us. For this purpose we operate our own Certification Authority, based on a strict set of guidelines and procedures. The CA signing key is stored in a bank vault at all times, except for the actual signing of certificate requests, which happens on a disconnected, isolated, clean system.

Hosting and Domain Services

As projects require, we can also offer various hosting services on our range of servers, on redundant uplinks and in geographically and organizationally diverse locations, including web-hosting, mailing lists, mail accounts, database hosting, or hosting of custom server processes, including all ancilliary services, like domain registrations, IP address allocation, etc.
